We purchased "Bertie" for my daughter after having a few ponies who knocked her confidence and just wasn't right for Ivy. My friend then suggested going to see Clare to look at a little pony she had in.
Clare is one of the most honest, caring and kind lady who put my daughter at complete ease and promised her that this pony would look after her...
7 months later and my daughter is a different child, Bertie has taught her so much we are still working on lots and enjoying having such a kind and honest pony.

A month or two after buying Kevin, I thought Clare may be able to help me further progress our relationship as she already knew him so well and I decided to have some lessons with her. I have trained with many other top showjumpers but I was pleasantly surprised with how effective and thorough Clare's approach to teaching is.
She has a watchful eye and an empathy for female riders. She was able to spot a few basic elements that others had missed for so long and set to work on fixing them right away. She has a natural talent for conveying her thoughts and every lesson is methodically planned based on my performance at competitions in between. Clare has become a much trusted advisor and has enabled me to progress my riding and confidence to an all time high. I cant recommend working with Clare highly enough.

I was advised by a friend to phone Clare after my daughter having a bad accident on a 'not as described' pony. I was very worried about buying as she had lost her confidence and it was imperative that I got her the right pony.
Straight away Clare put me at ease and took the time to really listen to what type of pony I was looking for, I had an extensive list! Within a few weeks I received a phone call saying they had found the pony I had described and he would be in the country in a few days after a 5 stage vetting and X-rays.
Well, I was still very anxious on arrival at Clare's, but she was warm, welcoming and very friendly.
Vino, the pony Clare had found us was even better then what I had asked for. Not only is he a quality that you don't often see, he is the kindest pony I have ever meet.
My nervous daughter after only owning him for 6 weeks is now actively competing in the newcomers, which is a big deal after her accident and all because Vino is the most straight forward and honest pony you could wish for, and we have only scratched the surface of what he can do. I am so excited for there future together and am thoroughly enjoying watching her smile from ear to ear every time she rides him. I am so aware I owe Clare an awful lot and truly can not recommend her enough.

I am in the very privileged position in my relationship with Clare, in that we have bought horses through her, seen her train our daughter and become a friend.
Firstly, our relationship began with Clare, when she started to train our daughter, who we have seen grow in capability, confidence and success. Clare has a teaching style where she engages with her student, building a supportive developmental relationship. Clare has the ability to communicate in a variety of ways to ensure that her teaching is understood and built in to improved performance, changing her style to meet the student needs.
Secondly, after the demise of one of our daughter’s horses, Clare spent time escorting my daughter and wife in order to find a suitable replacement. She brokered the deals and we came back with two, both lovely horses. I entered a teaming arrangement with a third horse with Clare to produce the relatively green talent, who now is my daughters ‘Star’.
Lastly, Clare is a friend, a jovial trustworthy character, who brings vibrancy to any event she attends, whether it is a jodhpurs and boots at a show or a full blown evening dress event.

We have been delighted with Suzie, she really is a sweetheart and a lovely pony to have on the yard, we couldn't be more pleased with her performance as in her first outing with Nina they came first in the British Novice!
